First Trial of the year

Just a quick note to thank Ron, Mike and Rich for setting up the trial at Tincleton today. An excellent set of sections, all of which proved quite challenging and technical - even more so with the low sun making cane spotting a little difficult for some of us (Ahem!). The day was made all the better for me by scoring only 9 points all day!

 Sorry I couldn't be there today, I'd have loved to come & play.

I took Caz out for breakfast, she needed to escape hospital.

Hopefully things will have settled down by the next trial & I can bring Bertie out for a play.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day - thanks to all the organisers and marshals, and thanks (as usual!) for all the help and advice. I've posted a few pictures (I remembered how to do it!) - if you're interested you'll find them in A Wilson's album. And I have this dream that one day I'll have a score in single figures....

I'm glad everyone enjoyed it, it makes it more worthwhile when there are more drivers too..... 20 drivers is our best turn out for some time... lets hope the numbers stay good all year!!
