A company based inLinconshire has been given the contract to rebuild or Asset Manage as its now called ! the entire fleet of MoD Land Rovers inc. snatch types until 2030. Even bent and bashed ones will get stripped for parts to rebuild others,they,ll even fit modifications as and when needed, so I assume we wont see anymore going through the auctions.
They do have a website www.hobsonindustries.co.uk and there is a spares section which may be of use to club members i.e. wolf wheels at £45.00 + vat each. See what you think - take a look !
