Wanted! Defender 110 CSW

A long shot but.....

If anyone has or sees a reasonable condition
"110 CSW Defender 300tdi preferred but would consider 200tdi"

would they please let us know.

We need something to carry the old folks round in now!

For Sale Defender 110 CSW

In answer to your little prayer, there is one for sale at a garage in Holten Heath, no I haven’t traded mine in – I agree with Nigel; once you’ve got a good one you keep hold of it.

The one I have seen is an 'R' reg and lots of extras including bloody great knobbly wheels. Looks in reasonable condition but the price probably needs re-negotiating as they are asking 9,950.00.

The blurb on the vehicle states it has 2K of extras fitted and it looks as though the garage may be acting as the agent for the owner.

A very long shot indeed.

Anyone that has a 110 CSW and sells it has lost the will to live!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) I've not met anyone that has said "I'm glad I sold my 110 CSW". Never have and probably never will.

Good luck hunting for one though.

Thanks for the heads up at the one at Holton Jim, sounds a bit pricey but we will swing past and have a look.

Nigel I fully agree with you which is where our problem lies...

It's a funny old game. We bought our LWB van about 18 months ago and it now seems to be worth more than we paid for it. The old folks really now need comfy seats (and we're scared of laning our only vehicle!) and as the Volvo is now dead the 110 CSW seemed ideal, except that we are searching in a market that has gone utterly silly! We watched a real dog go for 3K at the auctions recently.

However, Ebay is interesting, if you check the completed listings folks are not getting the prices they are asking so you have to wonder what they are doing with them.

Still, onwards and upwards, we're looking at a Disco tomorrow ;-)

We'll keep you posted; we are of course completely Landy hooked/ruined now and really, really, really don't want to drive anything else.

It's an N reg 300ES for not much money ;)
